Research Summary
Technologies to discover epigenetic bases of disease
Research Statement
The Bomsztyk lab is developing high throughput technologies and computational tools to explore epigenetic bases of disease including cancer, organ injury and others. The goal is to use these user-friendly technologies to identify disease epigenetic alteration, biomarkers and druggable targets for precision medicine.
