Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted in writing up to 30 days before the conference start date (January 27, 2026) and a refund (less $9 administration charge) will be issued.
After this date, neither full nor partial refunds can be given.
**Early booking discount only applies if payment is received by December 1, 2025. Any unpaid bookings after this date will have to pay full price.
Registration fee includes coffee and refreshments, Saturday lunch, and conference dinner Saturday.
